This collection agency has assumed collection on an old P.C. Richard account opened in closed by G.E. Money Bank by their bias and because of the common game of APR interest, was not to my liking. I was refused debt consolidation and 2011 at the last year of statute of limitatations (7 years) collection initinated. No documentation is supplied by Asset Acceptance as required by law. Now 2013 and this fraud is still my credit report. Buyer beware that collection Agencies do not follow the law.intimidation is their plea!
