I placed a deposit down on a condo months ago for a vacation coming up in March. I was informed today "I regret having to cancel your reservation for March. Complications at leasing office have forced us to return the apt before your staying and unfortunately there is no other apt available for the period" they claimed to have issued a refund but there is none show on my account.
