I just checked my account and noticed there was an automatic draft for $30.00 that I supposedly authorized. I immediately called the phone number on the check. Of course, I got a recording stating that my phone call could not be answered, that nobody was available, to please leave a message. This is ridiculous and has to be fixed! It is theft!!
