This process for getting a garage door installed is causing me to be frustrated. I purchased a garage opener 5 years ago from lowes in delaware and never delt with so much broken processes. First i purchased this openen a Thursday night hoping to have it installed that Saturday. Only to find out they said i purchased it on Saturday when i have the receipt to prove when it was purchased. I advised Valerie the i've had an install before, therefore we can by pass then coming out for measurements. She advised she had to check with the installer. Only for him to call and i explain to him and he come to my home and didn't install it he didn't pull out a measuring tape or anything like they stated he needed to measure. I then called back frustrated of course spoke to Valarie again. She then raising her tone with me because i was repeating the same thing she stated. I told her that's unexceptable. I needed to speak to a manager she advised Dianna is gone out to a client. I then called back to the Store spoke to the store manage Patrick who advised he will call me back with information on when this can take place. He then had Maggie give me a call, who wanted to know the days that are good for me. I explained thurday and Saturday. We went with the saturday. Can you believe today they tell me i didn't sign an contract so he wont' be out tomorrow which is saturday!!! I'm through the roof with frustration. I work and go to school. I canceled my daughters math circle at temple because of the appointment i though i had saturday please contact me a.S.A.P. Not a happy customer
