Quick to Take Money - Refund Impossible

I had an arrangement with Friesen Press. Monthly, like clockwork, my checking account had been debited. For four months, I paid into the scam. After four payments, I found myself swimming in medical bills and requested a refund. I was told that the office manager, "Aurelia" would handle crediting my account. After two weeks, I had not received my funds in my account. I phoned twice during business hours. No one answered. I left two voicemails, instructing that my message be forwarded to "Aurelia". I phoned my sales representative after that who told me that ONLY AURELIA could refund money. She was not available... Out of her office, maybe at a meeting, maybe not even working this day... REALLY? I asked for a supervisor. I was told that the Phantom Aurelia was the only one in charge. So, does Friesen Press fold up and go out of business if Aurelia never comes back? Does she exist? In this 21st Century, it was easy with the click of a few keys to withdraw funds from my account. Now does Aurelia have to go out and mine some gold, toss the nuggets into a sack, throw the heavy sack over her shoulder and walk from British Columbia (or is she in the Phillipines?) to Centerville, Ohio? Whew! No wonder I haven't received my refund after all of this time! I demand that my account be credited immediately, by the end of business on January 25. If it took God six days to create an entire world, why does it take Freisen Press two weeks to refund a few dollars? There is inefficient, slow, lazy and then there is dishonest, sleazy, disreputable. Can you spell liar/thief? F-r-i-e-s-e-n
