The last time i put time on my ph. I had approx.$75.00 in nov. 2012 i have not used my ph. But got text meg. Charging. 70cents for my last transaction my ballance now $71.75 i turned the ph. Off 1st of jan i did not think about it last year because i had my ph. On all the time was chg. 70 cents at least 15 times when i had not used it
