GlobexNA claims that I have placed an order on them for Canadian Business Online for my company CANSOLARe. They have sent an invoice for $699.00.
CANSOLARe was created on 06-03 in Ontario, Canada for possible future business, that never happened. There was no bank account, no Capital investment, no hiring of employees and no purchase or sale of any kind. Therefore, there was no need to promote it.
I never had heared the name Globex and had no knowledge of their location or telephone number. Therefore, I had no means of contacting Globex.
Their collection department have been calling me to pay the invoice. They have produced nothing with my signatures or even written communication to me regarding this order. I did not place the order. They played a telephone recording which is very incomplete and the voice is not even mine.
I have written to Globex all the facts and based on that reiterated that I did not place the order and I am not paying the invoice. I have asked them to stop calling or sending emails to me and that I will take the matter to BBB and Credit Beuraue and if need be to a Court of Justice.
