We received a call from the telemarketer from GSS who informed us that with a subscription that we could cancel at any time, they would send us a $1,000 gift card for walmart. After $29.90 has been debited twice, we haven't received anything thus far. When we called, the rude customer service man said there aren't any refunds or cancellations. Then he gave us a bogus website to claim our giftcard. I filed with the BBB and will continue to file complaints with everyone and anyone until they are held accountable for their dishonest business practices.
They don't record the conversation with the sales person because the lies would be unfolded.
