We took the free trail in in mid nov with free postage was charged postage had to ring get that sorted then a month later was charged a membership fee and two months later was charged for the free trail was never sent an invoice if we where told at the start we would have to pay that sort of money would have never done it when I rang up the lady just said you was told over the phone and on your invoice as l said if was told the price would never have done it and never to say was not even sent an invoice
