I was charged a 74.98USD on my card well in advance even though in their return policy it says that if I contacted them and cancelled it before 18 days ended they wouldn't charge me.
I called them and they sent me email confirmations that they have now cancelled my auto-shipment and that they would credit my account back with 60% of the charge 2 - 3 days later. I don't know whether it would happen, let's see. But it's wrong that it's still within 18 days but they already forced the order to be delivered to me and said that the order has been delivered even though I haven't reached my 18 days yet. My card is charged well in advanced for the future date that made it a 18-day even though that day is in the future. It's a violation of customer's right. This company is highly dubious and warrants a fraud examination on their financial statements. They might do a lot more window dressings and manipulations on their other dealings.
