I want to port my telephone # (Personal Information Removed) to Comcast immediately. AT&T will not release my phone number of 25 years. This is the second time I am reporting this situation since I lost the first case number. This has been going on for several months, now I've cancelled the service and they think after all this hassle they can charge me an early cancellation fee. Meanwhile I had no long distance, no access to fax, Broadband worked intermittently, no voice mail, caller ID or call waiting. Please help me I want my telephone number restored.
