I am behind in my bill, I spoke w/a Comcast rep on Monday 1/14 & advised him I would make a partial payment on Weds. 1/16 when I rec'd my Social Security check. I asked him if my service would be interrupted and he assured me it would not. Well, lo & behold, Friday AM my phone & TV service have been suspended. I called Comcast 7 times on Friday and each time after a 25 minute wait was told to leave a message and disconnected. Finally I was able to "chat" with 2 different reps and told when I paid the past due balance my service would be restored. I don't get paid til Friday 1/25. Well, I feel I was lied to and misled, along with very poor phone service.
