I Call The Phone # To Cancel - All I Get Is A Reording They Keep Cha

I want to cancel my order - I paid to get a sample and now they keep sending more and charge my charge account. They don't answer their phone # - just get a recording. No real company name listed just address of 2338 Rowland in Savannah, Ga. What do I have to do to cancel? Can you help me?
