The bag I ordered was guaranteed to be the one pictured and authentic. Neither was true. Sent wrong style and looked pathetic. So fake. I tried sending them an email but couldn't. Kept getting redirected. Should have figured, too good to be true. Shame on them. Piece of (Inappropriate Content Removed) scammers.
