I entered into a contract with this company, Mr. Robert Maxwell, 1-866-550-2268, on 11/01, for a loan in an amount of $3,000. The terms were that I send them 3 months premium, plus $50 to cover insurance policy processing fee. Upon their receipt of the $344, which I sent through Western Union, they were to put the $3,000 in my checking account.
When I called them to let them know that the loan money was not in my account, they told me that my account was "locked" and they couldn't put the money in my account and they would send me a refund.
I placed several calls to Mr. Maxwell, who continuously told me to call him back. To no avail, I have not received a refund.
