Charged my debit card 3 before i cancelled my free trial offer i called and they supplied me ith a cancellation # 20fed and i was told " there is only qa $9.95 charge for shipping and i was in the time frame to cancel prior to be billed

I called on 06/22/08 to cancel within my FREE TRIAL offer and after calling several times and being placed on hold I spoke with an individual whom I explaned that the product was too strong for my skin and she gave me a verbal cancel confirmation # 20FED. To my surprise everything was ok she informed me that I was within my free trial offer and I would only be charged $9.95 for the shipping.

I was called from my bank and they informed me that on 06/25/083 days after receiving my cancellation number they but through a charge of $69.90.

I immediately completed a fraud claim.
