Three months ago I ordered what this company calls the platinum package for the price of $497.00 and on 11/23 I only received the basic package. When I received the basic package it contained a note that said a separate package will be sent to me with the additional material that is contained in the platinum package, since then I haven't received anything else from this company. On 11/24 I sent this company a check for $89.00 for the processing fee to order 150 gift card certificates for their opportunity #1. I haven't received the 150 gift card certificates I ordered. On 12/3 I sent this company a cashiers check for $100.00 to redeem a gift card certificate and I haven't received anything with that. On three occasions I sent a letter and I have also sent emails to this company informing them of the situation to see if I can get a resolution and I haven't received any response.
