Number one, they ship out the items, and no signature is required. The items get left outside so anyone can just walk by and pick them up then they want to hold you responsible for them.in October, I received three items, they told me that I received four. I returned three on 11/02. I spoke with Ashley. They were suppose to take me out of their system to receive anymore shipments. Today, I received two more items. These were ordered in Oct. Also. I had asked them to send me no more jewelry. This is a very deceptive practice inorder to scam you out of your money. I was amazed today to realize that there has been so many others scamed like me. Something needs to done about these practices of doing business. Today is Wednesday, Jan. 16.
