I ordered an Acai supplement on line and it was "free" for just shipping and handling. When I received the item in the package was 2 other items I did not order.
When I called to talk to the customer service people, they said I did not de-select items on the last page past the order form. I told them I did not want the items and they said I could return them, and I also told them I did not want anymore of their products. They gave me the RMA# to return the items and a cancellation number to stop any additional items.
I just received another shipment today for 2X the amount of money as the last time. Something really needs to be done about these people and what they are doing. This time the charges are $78.84. I will call again tomorrow and get this taken care of again.
