I looking the house for rent I founded in Craig list about for rent $845.00 rent to own I spoke with Mary Wright her direct number was (805) 451-1592. She said that I have to paid $199.00 for the list of the house and they helping me from A to Z for getting the house for buy. I did spoke with Mr. Morgan Claim he guide me to getting in the internet for look the house.
On January 14 I found the house and I called in I spoke with Mr. Matt ID# 1492 he said that he will send me the letter for I fill. I felt something not right I email for them for verify proof of the conversation between Ms. Mary, Mr. Morgan Claim and Mr. Matt ID # 1492. However, I received the notice that the email I send to their web side that they gave to me was failure. Then I received the email from my daughter told me that company was a scam.
I am a disable person. I have to moved out the house that I live because the Fresno Housing Authorization inspection, she can not get in to the house for reinspect the house when I was admitting at the hospital from December 2 to December 12. Although they know that I was admitting at the hospital because I wrote the notice and told with my Cerebral Palsy son stick the notice in the front of the house before he go to school for let the inspection know I was in the hospital when they come in on December 3 for reinspected the house that I recently live. Although the inspector received the notice, still the Housing Inspector put the word in my mouth said that they received the letter that I am moved out of the house effect December 13. That is not truth I never send any letter because I was sick and admitting in the Hospital how can I move out.
Then I received the letter from Housing Department that I have appointment on December 26 come to see the worker at Department Fresno Housing Authority.
Ms. L. Va. Told me that they not paid the owner effect the month of December and she give me two month lenghth for looking the house for moving. I was so shock when I received the Voucher for moving. How can we move when my son and I we both a wheelchair person and no money to deposit. I rent the house and live for more then ten years before I get approved the Voucher Section 8 from Housing Authorization. The totally we rent the house and live about twenty years.
The owner at the house he help my family a lot we have any problem at all.
However, since last year after I have big disagreed with Housing Department worker and her Administration so, I got the revenge that they pass inside the house but not pass the fence between the pool. The housing Authority not complaint twenty years ago when my children was small. However they complaint now, when all my children be adult and they moved out and the person remain with me at the house only my youngest son he was a cerebral and I, we both a wheelchair person and we not even go out in the back yard. No matter the owner fixed put the new gate the inspector not satisfied however the inspector looking another problem to add on. I know exactly the revenge by Ms. Mich. Cab. And her administration Ms. Mar. Quan. Ho. They even report with the SSI department and the Tax department about the money that we not even last a day in my family. They also misinformation said that I send the letter moved out while I am in the hospital. The Housing Department push me out the house that I live right now. Because they violated our right on our voucher of section 8. I proof the document from the doctor that we legally received the Voucher of three bedroom so, the Housing Authorization give back to us the three bedroom instead one bedroom. I shared out my situation story because the victim of the scam was relate mostly of the middle class and the low income family so, they target the poor people for stolen our money.
For example like my situation I am the disable family if we move to another house we had to have at least three thousand for deposit so, the advertisement was so good that we not need to paid any deposit and not need to check the back ground because they know that most middle class and low income had a problem about the bad credit for example like me I my credit on 2011 was very good. I got pre-approved eighty thousand from Well Fargo bank for buy the house. But on July I suddendly attack by a stroke because the stress attacking by three department first Housing Authority of Fresno, so, when they loosed Ma. Quan Ho. Administration report to Social Security of Fresno cut of my SSI and my medical insurance when I am a permanent disabled diagnosis by my doctor. She also report to Tax Department accused on my head and they make me paid tax that I should not be paid.
I can not speak up proof for myself because I was in and out of the Hospital I have to learn back everything like speech, occupation therapy and physical therapy.
Thank you God I can speak now. And I will straight out one by one to proof them wrong.
According to my story that I falling to be a victim of the scam Company that cause first by Housing Department kick me out the house so, that's the reason I am searching the house in the Craig list and found the American Standard.
Ms. Mary employee of American Standard talk so good when she told me that I will not paid any deposit if I move to the house in the list of American Standard. Now I know that they was a scam. I would like the American Standard on line return back my money.
