Sylk: For Sending Something I Did Not Orde

I received a sample order in December It did not work. I then received another jar of cream 1/14 I did not order this and would not in the fruture.
This was sent to my address with out my premission and I also received a bill that i will not pay. Im returning this.
Item. I want my name off their mailing list.
