This is a company that supposibly helps with home loan modifications. They are suppose to ask for original documentation from mortgage company, and audit the file. When something not right is found, this gives the person more leverage to ask for the best modification of the loan possible.in my case, we never recieved anything from HSBC Mortgage Services, but Mr. Bryan Richards, part owner and auditer, insistes that an audit was done on my file. But that would be impossible, because althoug we mailed 2 certified requests for this documents, nothing was ever mailed back to us. He also says this notices were subpeanos, but this is also impossible, for he is not an attorney, nor is his company an attorney firm. My husband and I are disabled, due to our limited income we are trying to reduce our mortgage, that's why I hired this firm. My husband was not disabled when mortgage was first refinanced, he was decleared disabled years after the fact due to a work injury. That and other serious health issues with me, have led us to have to reduce our mortgage paymenyts so that we can keep our home. Can you help me get my money back? Thanks. Sylvia Perez
