Using the name HealthPay and HealthBill, this company has debited my account for 2-$79.99 payments.
The scam was that I was suppose to receive a free sample and to pay shipping of $4.95. There was no contract to receive anything else which I have not received any other product or service. Yet with access to credit card they had placed 2 charges on my account.
