Someone with an accent called me saying that i would be getting money from the government and i was approved, and all i have to pay was $3.87 processing fee. He asked for my card number and said that i would be getting the funds in a week or so. I just realized i got ripped. I tried calling back the number and it said the person im trying to reach is unavailable. I see that soo many other people got ripped off what do i do about his. Please help
