I don't know where to go to report this, this company keeps calling saying this is a Menads
Sweepstakes that I entered and that I am in the finals to be drawn on 1-15. I am in the drawuing to win either $50,000 or a Cadillac Escalade or a $50,000 home makeover.
I called Menards and they told me there is no drawing and this is a scam. These people have called 6 times over the past 3 months. The person calling refers to himself as Trent Brooks, they have asked for income info and if we rent or own our home. I know this is a scam and I want it to stop. If I were entitled to any monetairy refund it would only be for harassement on their behalf. I really just want them caught and stopped! The phone number that I was given is 877-279-3525. Any help would be appreciated.
