Scam!!!

Fake iphone seller in the internet in UK.
But give an American's email for paypal.
I google that email address, its in Arizona.
And I sent email to the American, she said she dont know Thoma Owen.

So, Thomas must scam. When you pay the money to the email he gave you, he will transfer the money quickly to his own account.
