I was trying to buy a house back in august so I accessed their site and ask for a free credit report. I did not get a loan so I bought my house cash. Next thing I know my bank is telling me I had a reoccurring charge of 18.01 I asked them to stop paying and get my money refunded. However they could not confirm anything and ask for more information and I have not been able to get through to experian to get a refund.
