I ordered 3 items of clothing from www.ralphlaurenoutletsalesvip.co.uk on 28th November. I have still not received them. I have been in contact with someone via email who has given me a tracking number but alls that says is my items have not successfully been delivered to the UK and are being returned to the sender. They are telling me to contact my local postage, which I have done. My local postage have told me that if they have not put a card through my door to say they have tried to deliver my items they have not got them unless they are on thier way. I have tried to email more than one person to do with the website and postage company and am not getting any replies at all.
