I received the sample items in a box that was unsealed with the three items rolling around in the box. I was afraid to use the products because of the way they were delivered (the box was not taped up at all and the items not secured in the box). I promptly returned the items (I verified they had been received) and knew I would be responsible for the postage. My account was charged $4.95 and $7.95. I understand the $4.95 postage and handling charge but no one seems to know what the $7.95 is for. I have tried three phone calls and an email. Trying to talk to them is like talking in a wind tunnel. Terrible connection. I have been told I my account has been closed but since no one can tell me about the other $7.95 charge I just want to make sure I am not enrolled in any other promotion that will do an auto bill since apparently there are two involved here: Pure Collagen Skin and Dermpure. Lesson learned.
