Opticsfast sold me a pair of frames. I was buying a replacement for a pair I had that broke. I ordered, they arrived. They were much smaller than I needed. Turns out, this pair comes in multiple sizes. They don't note that when they are selling, and when I asked if I could return them for the right size they stalled till two weeks after my order. I called after I got snippy, useless, replies to emails, they told me my two week window for returns was up. No honest company does business this way. They don't wait till they have the customer's money to then discover that they might have sent a product that is of no use, and they certainly don't look for any excuse and stall so as to make a refund impossible.
