Ripoff telephone solicitation of eletronics

I recieved a phone call stating that I won a sweepstakes and that I needed to pay taxes of $ 284.90 and after my bank draft cleared then twenty days later I would recieve my package. After the twenty days were up I could no longer make contact with the customer service number.
