Promised to register my name and subtract $20 from my bank account ripoff

I received this form W-915 stating that there is 3,700, 300.00 in unawarded money in my name, if I reply within seven days with twenty bucks to cover registration to receive OVER $3,900, 622.00 It's signed by a PAUL E. LOUKEDES

The ten lines of super-fine print was promising me nothing more than to become twenty bucks poorer. But I can imagine that a lot of seniors won't bother to scan thru this fine print.
