I tried to use the service in September
and it did not work. Contacted them for a refund and was told they would get back to me.
I never got the refund and never used their system...
I am going to file fraud charges against them because they did not do as advertised with a
refund before 30 days were up. I asked for a
refund the next day but this did not happen.
As you can see I have been charged $39.94 for
a service I did not use.
Could I get this credited from my account or
need to wait and see if they give me credit?
