Janice took a deposit from us in May for a wood delivery in July/ Aug as we were renovating our entire home. Once we called to schedule delivery she started giving us excuses and false delivery dates. We finally realized she was a scam artist and we were forced to purchase flooring last minute from another source. We are pursuing her with legal assistance as well as police/county court. Do not trust her, she is very good at scamming people, the police can't even track her down.
