I order a pair of soccer shoes.in the first month, they tell that it will came. They reply me this message after a month.

Your order was on the way, and because there are something wrong with the tracking number, so we can not find the status of the order, we have ask the shipping company to check it, we are waiting for their reply, pls don't worry.
As your order was shipped out, you will received it, just wait with patience.
By the way, if the item was ship to the address that you have offered, can you received it?
