I had asked this organization to pick up some bags of clothes to donate. I was told they would pick up on 12/17. That day comes and no pickup. Said they would pick up next day. She showed up at 9pm. And didnt bring the tax info form. Lady said they would mail. Got nothing. Then said they would email it. Got nothing. After 3 wks they said oh our internet was down and they would drop it off on 1/8. Got nothing. I have emailed several times with no response. Also when i call they dont answer. Makes me think they dont really help veterans if they cant do a simple pick up and send the tax info and then avoid me when i ask for it. There are too many people that pray on veterans and thats just not nice.
