Like everyone else, I too, ordered boots from nomorerack.com. Placed the order on November 26. It is now January 9!!! Still no boots. Multiple calls and emails to customer service (that is after looking for the phone number to contact them for 10 minutes because you can't find their number anywhere) have given me nothing but generic responses and the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced.
My question is... What can we, as consumers, do to get this company shut down??? It is clear that they are operating a fraudulent business. They are not registered with the BBB, and in fact, have hundreds of complaints against them with the BBB.
There has to be something else that we can do to get them shut down.
