I applied for a loan with this company I was told that I had qualified for a loan and that they would email me with a list of suitable loans also there would be a one off fee of £79 payable after loan was paid at I was told I would get my loan offer by 530PM THAT DAY AND PAID OUT WITHIN 2 HOURS NO FEE WAS TO BE TAKEN OUT UNTIL AFTER LOAN WAS PAID OUT!!! I rang them again to ask about email they said that it had been sent to my email address but they would re send it again there and then but no email again I had a letter from them saying i would receive an email from MONEY ESSENTIALS nothing from that name I have gone through all my email records from past 2 weeks no emails either in my inbox or junk mail. Today I have checked my bank account and found £79 fee has been taken I rang AK Management (UK) LTD and was told ny a man that it was their consultancy fee payable after one week I said I HADN'T HAD A LOAN SO WHY WAS FEE TAKEN I WAS THEN TOLD I SHOULD OF CANCELLED AGREEMENT WITHIN 1 WEEK I WASN'T TOLD THIS AND AS I HADN'T CANCELLED I WOULD NOT BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK! I was then told they would continue for up to 6 months to help me and if I wasn't interested that was up to me and if I wanted to complain go ahead and write in he then said goodbye and hung up. I have contacted my bank and financial ombudsman. See what happens now: (
