To date, I am unaware of the efficacy of this company's product. My immediate concern is their initial DECEIT when referencing BEDBUGS and sharing their so-called knowledge with anyone reading their marquee.
In particular, the second (or middle) picture or diagram CLEARY shows something other than a bedbug. Most likely, it is a mite (a scabies mite [sarcoptes scabiei] which has burrowed under the skin and is depositing eggs. NOT A BEDBUG! Very misleading, misinformative, manipulative (owing to its graphic display) and WRONG!
This overt act of deception by this company needs to be noted. Resp. Rc
