I, unfortunately fell for the same scenario as the other 3 persons, I sent my resume out to this job on a job board, they contacted me and had me fill out 3 different applications for some kind of pay card, asking for my personal info. I truly feel like an idiot. So far I haven't lost anything, but I will keep tabs on it.
