Ordered 3 barstools in Aug.By Oct became increasingly concerned as "Michelle" could not provide any status whatsoever about my order and her "supervisor" was never there, never returned calls. Accounting/Billing Dept person also never there. I specifically asked if my order had not shipped, was coming from a foreign country, got lost in shipping from mfr, ANYTHING! But she would not provide any reasonable information. Finally in Oct I told Michelle since they did not provide any information about my order, nor does the supervisor or billing ever call you back, I wanted to cancel the order, was told there would be a $10 cancellation fee and it would take 21 days to issue a refund. She wanted the request in writing which I sent by email, and she sent a confirmation by email. Over 45 days later, I have not received a refund. I plan to sue them in small claims court and am gathering info about the owners, their history of similar complaints and anything else I can find to make my case. I do not take these things lightly and I won't let it go that easy. Red Flag: They should charge when they ship, not when you order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Spread the word if anyone you know plans to buy bar stools.
