I purchased a Lifeproof case for iphone 4 from this website on 10/16. I received the case three weeks later on 11/5. The the case fit but I couldn't hear anything while talking to someone on the phone. Out of the case, I could hear just fine. So, I figured the case was defective and contacted them about a return on 11/7. They email instructions for returning the product on 11/16 and i sent it back to them for a refund. I have emailed and called them numerous times since returning the product, only to get automatic generalized emails and no answer when I call them. And now the website has disappeared.
