MIKE WILSON & MICHAEL EARLE Trying to cancel with VISA & VACATION Rgistry within the 24 hours realizing my mistake. Neither would. Recieved nothing

I received a call from Vacation Registry offering to sell my timeshare, having never used it I did. I gave my credit card number.in a few hours (less than 24) I realized what I had done. Called VISA they told me to call VR, which I did to no avail and was accused of wanting to list with another company, a false accusation. They were anything but nice. At that point went back to Visa and six months of letter writing, but they would do nothing.

VR never advertised, never gave a contract, did absolutely nothing except take my money. Wrote to BBB, but VR furnished them with lies.

At the time, Michael Earle was CEO.

With all the complaints with this company, how are they allowed to stay in business?
