I bought 2 diffrents series at spicy dvd and i right a email to explain my problem about my not working dvds. They enswer me: Sorry about that. I will let my supplier know and get you the replacement. Regards,

Do not buy dvd series from this place. They don't works and you never have a replacement or your refund.
