My LED TV that FedEx can't seem to find - FedEx home delivery

On Black Friday, I ordered a Samsung Smart TV and was proud of myself for getting such a great deal. At least it would have been a great deal if FedEx wasn't involved. According to the tracking log, it was shipped by Buydig.com on November 27 and arrived in San Leandro CA on the morning of December 3. I live 20 miles away and no one has attempted to call me or try to deliver the TV. It is now December 21 and the tracking system still says it is still in San Leandro, CA awaiting delivery. Amazingly, the customer service people at FedEx don't care and said I need to have the seller ship me another one since it must be lost. Absolutely zero satisfaction with them. Now, I will NOT have the TV in time for Christmas AND prices are $80 to $150 higher than I paid for the TV. The people at BUydig.com are working with Samsung to try to get me another TV at the same price (they don't stock that model any more). At least, there are some people out there who give a damn. Unfortunately, NOT FedEx.
