I also ordered a sample of this product, and received it earlier this week (week of January 1). Today (January 5) I discovered a pending transaction on my credit card for the above amount.
I did authorize a charge of $1.30 for the shipping of the sample, but the sample was supposed to be free. I do not really know how to proceed with filing a complaint and getting that money credited back to my credit card.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
