On the 02/27 I appiled for a free sample for teeth whitening for which £1.85p was deducted twice & on the 02/28 another deduction of £3.65p was deducted twice. As I was not aware that there would be any other deductions as there was no mention of any other charges required, I was not looking for deductions from my account. After reciving my bank statement today I have discovered that the following unautorised deductions have been made on my account. 03/13 & 03/14 there was £66.35p & £64.84p then on the 04/08 & 04/09 there was £72.56p & £70.39p. Can anyone tell me how I can put a stop on this company taking unautorised deductions (stealing) from my account?
