Nov. 11 we attended a local presentation at the invitation of The Cure Company, 2245 W. 190th St., Ste 300, Torrance, CA 90504 (800-399-7958), and paid them $2925.00 plus maintenance fees for 2012 of $292.00 to transfer the ownership of our 12,402 time share. The literature we received about it stated they had had "BBB Excellent Rating" since 2005. They then transferred the closing process to Danny Posey, Manager of Property Relief, LLC. Jan. 10 we received an e-mail from them saying the closing process would take "an average of 12-16 weeks. Despite other e-mails and phone calls, we still have not received any confirmation, and now our time share is wanting another year's maintenance fees. We are hoping there is a class action suit filed against this company and we can add our case to their files. If not, can you give us some advice as to what to do. Thank you.
