On November 13 I have signed the agreement with Transfer America, Freedom from timeshare ownership, company to transfer two of my timeshares out of my name and paid $5,661.00 for this service.
Transfer America, web. Site: www.transferamerica.net, is responsible for all maintenance fees occur during the transfer, they promised to complete transfer within 90-120 days.
After a year they have transferred one out of two timeshares and on November 29 they changed title company to work on the other timeshare. As of today, July 16, the timeshare is not transferred and they refused to pay maintenance fee.
It is a shame that this company defraud retired people out of their hard earned money and continue to do business.
