The above mentioned companies operated as, or together with, http://nfliving.com/. I did not get into any subscription or membership, I only authorized postal charges for FREE SAMPLES: a bottle of Vitalyze and a box of Sylkskin, totaling together to around 6 USD. BTW, I NEVER RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION of any transaction and was NOT presented with any TERMS AND CONDITIONS. They went ahead, 16 DAYS LATER, and charged additional 79.87 USD, without my authorization, a charge listed as NFLiving requested debit from my credit account. No messages (I sent 4 emails) or calls (I called multiple times US and UK phones listed on the website) were answered. They are monster-marketing, and are forceful and fraudulent business. They change their brand and company names swiftly, as well as introducing terms and conditions, so that they will catch people unaware of the scam behind the Free samples they lure them with, and would lie tO Banks that their customers agreed to these terms. My dispute manager said I agreed to the Terms, while I was not presented with a slightest mention of Terms&Conditions, when I authorized the initial postal charge for the FREE SAMPLES. Free samples, are just that Free sample. As someone here already said, giving away Free Sample while collecting data to charge unsuspecting customers for orders and conditions, that weren't mentioned on the first place, is shameless FRAUD and needs to be always PUNISHED and their business has to be BANNED.
